Sunday morning, 6:30 a.m., water coming up in the basement — that is the call No Leaks Plumbing gets, and the one it keeps answering. Across 77 Google ratings averaging 4.9, the same sequence repeats: someone panics, Charles picks up, and he is at the door inside the hour. One customer cold-called on a Sunday with a shut-off valve that would not close and water spraying; he traced a leak that had come back before, rebuilt that section so it would not return, and mopped the floor on his way out. The shop is based in North Easton and travels — jobs in the reviews land in Dedham, Taunton and Boston. The work is unglamorous and urgent: burst water heaters, leaking supply lines under a kitchen faucet, clogged drains, a toilet needing an offset floor flange, and on one five-family property, replacing all the old cast-iron pipe. Its Massachusetts plumbing licence is active, held on the registry by Charles Ferguson — the same Charles nearly every review names. The written history runs 2024 to 2026, 68 reviews across four sources, and it is unusually single-voiced: speed first, then price. In July 2025 a customer wrote that he promised 20 minutes, arrived, and had a shower valve that would not shut off fixed in ten. A landlord whose hot-water tank ruptured in February 2026 called the price reasonable, "especially for Boston prices." In September 2025 a homeowner in a newly bought house said he explained how the system worked and why each change was needed before touching anything. This past January he answered a Sunday call from a house left freezing for days and got the furnace running again. The last six months carry no negative reviews at all. One account cuts hard against that, and it is the thing to read before calling. In a March 2025 review, a customer said they were charged $1,400 to replace a gas valve on a water heater that did not need replacing, that the exchange turned hostile when they raised it, and that the heater was still broken afterward. It is one dated complaint against a long run of the opposite — but it is about money and about how a disagreement got handled, so pin down the diagnosis and the price in writing before work starts, which matters most on the emergency calls where a homeowner has the least leverage. Who it suits: someone with a plumbing problem happening right now — a weekend, 11 p.m. on Christmas Eve — who would rather have one experienced plumber on site than a dispatch queue. The trade-off is scale. This is a small operation built around one plumber, with several reviews describing Charles working alongside an assistant named Benny, so a large scheduled remodel is a different conversation than a burst pipe. Get the scope and the number agreed before he rolls the truck.
No Leaks Plumbing did a great job. They were professional, showed up on time, clearly explained the issue, and completed the repair quickly. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was left clean when they finished. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.
Emergency leak in basement on a Sunday and local shut off valve wasn’t working/water squirting everywhere. Cold called No Leaks, and Charles was here within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem (leaks a recurring issue in that section, and found a way to not only repair problem but to keep it from happening again. He took time to educate me about how the new setup as well as how the main system works. He did a thorough job of cleaning up, including the water on the floor. Charles was professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Highly recommend.
I called No leaks Plumbing at 6:30 on a Sunday morning because of a leak in our basement. He was very clear on pricing and timeframe on the phone. He showed up on time and was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our leak was completely fixed within 2 hours of my initial phone call. We will ONLY be using No Leaks Plumbing going forward, and highly recommending them to anyone in need of a plumber!
