Noble Building Management Services is a one-name painting outfit in Medford, run by Mike Reynolds, with a written record built almost entirely on interior work for a small set of repeat clients who keep coming back. The clearest picture comes from a 2022 HomeAdvisor review describing missing window molding on a 100-year-old house: Reynolds tracked down a matching profile rather than settling for something close, then stained and installed a banister to match the original woodwork. Another client, a property manager, says she's used him for painting, light remodeling, and general repairs across several of the homes she oversees, for a few years running. Both HomeAdvisor and Angi carry the same three reviews, each 5 stars, with nothing negative on file. Its written record runs to January 2022 — there's nothing more recent to go on, and neither directory lists a service-area roster or a license number for the company, so those are worth asking about directly. For a homeowner focused on interior painting with some finish-carpentry detail work — matching trim or moldings in an older house, in particular — the reviews on file point in a consistent direction; confirm current pricing and availability before booking, since nothing here speaks to either.

I’ve been working with Mike from Noble Building Management Services for a few years now. Mike is a top notch professional. His quality of work and amazing service is unparalleled. I used Mike for painting services, light remodeling and other repairs at various homes that I manage. I highly recommend using Noble for all of your home improvement services.
Noble Building Management and Mike Reynolds are gems! His painting job was flawless. He went above and beyond to do first rate work, including some finished carpentry work. For instance, some window molding was missing. He didn't give up until he found exactly the molding needed to match the 100 year old original molding. He stained and installed a banister that perfectly matched the beautiful woodwork. On top of this, he is personable, friendly, responsive and reliable.
I've worked with Mike and his team for years and I couldn't recommend his services more enthusiastically. He is everything you want in a contractor: responsive, fair, personable and skilled. His work is always top notch and I'd trust him for any painting or renovation job in my home. Five stars!!!
