A sewer conversion for two adjacent Orleans properties is one of the jobs customers describe hiring Norgeot Inc. to handle. In a July 2026 Google review, the customer said Nate coordinated permits, excavation, electrical work, decommissioning of old septic components, and inspections while they were away. When they returned, the property had been restored to its prior state. They also praised his responsiveness and competitive pricing. The company describes itself as an excavation and utility business based in Brewster and serving Lower Cape Cod. It says Nate founded it in 2019 after ten years in the industry and operates it himself. Its advertised work includes sewer and water connections, foundations, septic-system excavation, utility trenching, and hardscaping. Google reported five stars from 12 ratings in August 2026. Water-main customers have described care around their homes and landscaping. A July 2025 reviewer said Nate and his crew replaced the line from the street to the house while the customer was on vacation, leaving so little disturbance that the new line at the wall was the main visible change. An April 2025 Brewster reviewer described a replacement beneath a recently installed gravel driveway and said the landscaping suffered very little impact. In a November 2025 review, a customer said drilling from inside avoided digging a five-foot hole outside the foundation and uprooting shrubs; the job left little dust, and the final cost matched the estimate. An October 2024 Orleans customer described a house sewer connection completed in one day. They said Nate answered their questions and later returned at no extra charge to adjust the driveway grade, recreate parking spots, and improve access to the front door for their elderly mother. Another Orleans customer, writing in August 2024, said Nate arranged town applications and inspections and worked with the engineer, plumber, and electrician on changes to the plans. In February 2025, a customer replacing a corroded steel water pipe said Nate and his assistant answered their questions cheerfully and left the property clean inside and out.
