Septic is the whole business here. From its base in Brewster, Tulloch Septic Service pumps, repairs and installs tanks for homes and commercial properties across Cape Cod, and handles the design side as well — soil testing, municipal permitting and monitoring the construction. The company says it has been doing septic work on the Cape since 1989, describes itself as family-owned, and calls itself a subsidiary of Northeast Construction Corp, which it dates to 1991. Its name still gets passed around locally: in April 2026 a neighbor on the Orleans Nextdoor board posted the company's Brewster number. If you need a tank pumped, a failing system replaced, or a new one designed and permitted, having the testing, the town paperwork and the install under one roof saves chasing two outfits. Ask what pumping interval they recommend for your tank size and household, and have the design, permitting and installation priced separately in the quote.
