I called North East after this heavy rain storm we had. We had a ton of water come down our chimney, Dillon got out here the same day I called and had a quote for me by the end of the day. They got us on the schedule that very next day, pretty much a 24 hour turn around from the time I called to the time they did the work. I’ve used Dillon and his team more times than I can count at this point, and there’s a reason he’s the first call I make whenever anything comes up roofing, siding, or construction related. Dillon actually knows his stuff and isn’t sub-contracting everything out. He walks you through what needs to be done, why, and what your real options are. You never feel like you’re being upsold or taken advantage of. That alone is worth its weight in gold when it comes to contractors. The work itself is exceptional. The attention to detail on my projects has been consistent every single time, which is honestly hard to find. He’s not rushing to the next job. He cares about how it comes out. On top of that, he beat every other quote I got without sacrificing anything on quality. He also offers flexible financing options, which made the whole process a lot more manageable. But what really keeps me coming back is that Dillon is just a good, honest person. That sounds simple, but in this industry it genuinely goes a long way. Can’t recommend him enough.
