The Window People

Great experience with TWP this summer. Sales experience was pleasant. No pushiness. Answered all my questions. I was not sure about a recommended product at first because I was not familiar with the brand, but TWP was the only company of the three I talked to for this project that answered all of my questions from product to installation. I had a lot of questions. Pages of questions. Ray was patient, great. Installers left everything nice and neat between the work days. One window arrived at a later date, but communication was good, so everything got lined up. They also coordinated well with a siding project we had going at the same time with contractor Signature Exteriors. It was like having a project manager. We went back not long after and bought a new door, too. A few months in. No issues with the windows. Warranty info very clear.

i have two windows that i thought i needed to replace. the owner came out to take a look and to my surprise they were able to fix them ! this is a very honest and reputable company and i highly recommend them . i will be returning in the future if my needs change .

From start to finish an amazing experience. I broke a window in my home and when no one else picked up the Friday before a holiday weekend, James called me back almost immediately to address my concerns and put my mind at ease that the problem would be solved as soon as possible. It even turned into to me replacing all the windows in my house! I am so happy with the work, and thrilled with my new energy efficient and beautiful windows.

The installation team, led by Nick, did a meticulous job of getting everything right, and they left our house clean and neat. The job was completed within the time expected.
