North Shore Sealcoating

Driveway sealcoating is the work North Shore Sealcoating’s customers describe most often. Recent Google reviewers praise the appearance of their driveways and prompt communication; older customers also describe missed appointments and unresolved complaints about crack filling. Google lists a 4.5-star average from 24 ratings. A July 2026 customer said they waited until the driveway cured before posting, then praised the finish, the on-time arrival and a quote supplied within minutes. Another July reviewer specifically recommended the company for driveway sealcoating and said the asphalt looked new. A third said the team communicated well and arrived when promised. In a June 2025 review, a customer described a same-day driveway sealing visit at a fair price, while a July 2024 reviewer praised Bianca for arranging an appointment when the crew was in the area. A July 2022 customer also described having a parking lot sealed. The complaints concern both the work and the response afterward. In an October 2025 one-star Google review, a customer said they paid while away on business, then returned to find that nearly all the cracks Bianca had said would be filled remained unfilled. The reviewer reported unanswered calls, texts and voicemails, and said a promised return to fix the work never happened. They also disputed the company’s warranty or guarantee assurances. A September 2023 two-star reviewer described sealcoating done in summer 2022. They said filled cracks reopened by the end of that summer as the filler washed away, and that attempts to smooth a crumbling driveway end left a more jagged drop-off. According to the customer, the company suggested a bad batch of filler and promised to redo the driveway in 2023. The review said that return had not occurred and subsequent calls went unanswered. The customer also described being given a later explanation that the cracks were too wide, which they disputed. A separate review published in 2024 said the customer and their wife waited all day for a driveway sealing appointment, with neither an arrival nor a call. Other customers writing in 2023 and 2024 praised communication, price and the finished appearance of their driveways.
