North Star Tree Solutions LLC

Great quality of work and money well spent. Have a large, beloved tree that was damaged from some other house work, got it pruned and it already looks so much healthier! Had a difficult split and rotten maple that was also large, in danger of falling on my septic--quite an impressive set up and a very skilled take down of this anxiety inducing tree.

In short, I highly recommend North Star Tree Solutions LLC. It is rare in any industry to find someone with Ryan’s level of experience and accreditations who is genuinely willing to listen and consult, without trying to sell more than necessary. Ryan did exactly that—following up with thoughtful estimates for both short- and long-term project ideas, then carrying out the agreed upon work with real care and attention to detail. Our property includes many mature trees and bushes, including a small grove of fruit trees. A primary concern was a large oak that appeared compromised. After a thorough walk-through of the property and a careful review of each area, we developed a list of short- and longer-term items that could be prioritized over time. While we agreed the oak was solid and not an imminent threat, the fruit trees were clearly in need of pruning, and the timing was right within the seasonal window. Ryan arrived on the agreed date and time and meticulously pruned each tree, spending much of the time explaining the process and the nuances of each variety to me. He worked efficiently, left each area clean and tidy, and was friendly and professional with our visiting family. Ryan is clearly passionate and knowledgeable about his craft and cares about his customers personally. Well done!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan to remove a problematic tree near my garage, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his service! From start to finish, he was professional, efficient, and genuinely cared about protecting my property. The tree in question was precariously close to my garage, covered with solar panels, and I was worried about potential damage during storms. After we agreed on a day to do the work, he arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools, and handled the removal with precision and care. He took extra precautions and time to ensure my garage and the surrounding area were completely unharmed and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. What stood out most was his expertise and friendly attitude. He explained the process, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in his ability to get the job done safely. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values his customers. I highly recommend North Star Tree Solutions to anyone needing tree services. It's a fantastic local business that delivers top-notch results with a personal touch. Thank you for keeping my property safe!

These guys are awesome! Super knowledgeable, very personable and great to work with. If you need tree work or anything that Ryan can provide, I highly recommend them. They did a wonderful job taking down some trees for us and will absolutely be calling him again if we need anything in the future.

Ryan and Matt did an awesome job trimming two of my trees. The oak tree looks so much better now, and the best part was they were able to save my granddaughter's tree swing. She was thrilled and loves it so much. Added new rope, too, as the old rope definitely was not safe. Ryan was very easy to talk with and affordable. I definitely recommend calling him for any tree concerns. Thanks Ryan.
