They installed a french drain system along with additional waterproofing measures, and the quality of the finished work speaks for itself as our basement has been completely transformed. What really stood out was how clean they left everything when the job was done. A major basement project is inherently messy, but you'd barely know they were there. The pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises, no upsells, just honest value for excellent work. And when we had follow-up questions after the job was complete, their customer service was just as attentive as it was on day one. We've already hired them again for additional work, which says everything. If you're on the fence about who to trust with your basement, look no further. We’ve had a few different companies work on our home over the years, and Northeast Basement has been by far the best. Their entire team was responsive, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions we had during the remodel. Dan, in particular, was proactive in making sure everything went smoothly—he consistently checked in and kept us updated on the progress of the project. Highly recommend Northeast Basement Solutions. Miguel, Amanda and their team are excellent. Great communication, service, and high quality work. They take pride in their work and it shows. We would defiantly work with them again.

Miguel and his team did a great job from start to finish. Unlike the other basement waterproofing companies that wanted to charge exorbitant amounts for unnecessary work Miguel knew from his 24 years of experience all I needed was a sump pump and charged a much more reasonable price for a great pump. I look forward to having them back to quote out finishing the rest of the basement in the future. Thank you for your honest work.
