From the moment he arrived, he was honest and upfront as to what we could expect for repairs. He returned two days later to perform a more thorough examination of the damage and also stabilize the area. We received his quote the same day, which was thoroughly explained. He and his crew arrived the very next week to begin the project and showed up each day until completed. Each day they organized their equipment and cleaned so extensively you’d never know work was being performed. Derek remained in contact throughout the project and kept us ip to date. Derek and his team did a fantastic job on my 100+ year old home in Pawtucket. The back stairway and subfloor were in need of a repair and a previous owner had put in place some lally columns that needed replacement. Our main bathroom was outdated in insignificant need of repair to the point that we felt uncomfortable whenever guest needed to use it. We first became familiar with North East Contracting while Derek and his crew were constructing the two car garage for our neighbors. From the initial groundbreaking through completion, the project was impressive to observe. Derek and his crew were organized, professional, and clearly committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. The completed, Garage reflects their attention to detail and pride in their work. After the garage was completed, we approached Derek about the remodeling of our bathroom. Based on the professionalism and Quality we had observed, we feel confident that North East Contracting was the right company for the project. During the renovation, several significant issues were uncovered, including leaking sewer pipes within the walls and floor joist that were not strong enough to support the existing structure. Derek and his crew addressed each issue thoroughly and professionally. Their plumbing, tile, and carpentry work we’re all exceptional. In addition to the bathroom renovation, the project required Roofing repairs, Chimney work, and structural reinforcement. Derek and his crew handled every aspect of the work without hesitation and demonstrated excellent knowledge and skills throughout the process. Our bathroom is now a space we are proud of, and we have peace of mind, knowing that the underlying issues were properly corrected in that our home is structurally sound and secure. We chose Northeast Contracting after a friend recommended them. They built a gorgeous addition on their home. After meeting Derek, I can see why they are so highly recommended. We were looking to have our kitchen remodeled. He took his time explaining the whole process to us and even offered some design changes which added about 12 sq ft of counter space and a wine bar.
