Cumberland Kitchen and Bath

We are very pleased with the kitchen renovation by Cumberland Kitchen and Bath. The entire process was completed according to schedule. Our kitchen was outdated with limited cabinet space. Additionally, we wanted a new staircase and stair railing. Teresa, our designer, came to the house and meticulously measured the entire space and came up with a design that we loved. She was very patient with us during the floor selection process when we changed our minds several times. Each crew team (demolition, electrical, plumbing, plastering, flooring, staircase, carpentry, painting, tiling and cleanup) was professional, considerate and friendly. We had full confidence in their skill. We especially appreciated Rich the carpenter for his expertise and attention to detail. He addressed all the questions we had and completed anything that was left by the other crew members. We would highly recommend Cumberland Kitchen and Bath for your kitchen renovation.

The team at Cumberland Kitchen and Bath are beyond incredible. Every trade was excellent at what they do. The communication throughout the project was organized and constant. I now have a beautiful new bathroom which I am so happy with. Cumberland Kitchen and Bath is highly recommended. Everyone listened and executed perfectly!

We were unbelievably happy with all of the service that Cumberland kitchen and bath gave to us. We had our kitchen, master bath, half bath/lavette remodeled, and had hardwoods installed on the first floor of our condo. Starting with Lisa on the design portion of the project, she met with us multiple times, putting up with our numerous questions and paranoias. She was fantastic. Once we got into the renovation itself, every portion of the project was on time and all project benchmarks were hit with precision. All of the contractors for painting, tile work and plumbing were outstanding. Rich the carpenter and foreman was fantastic to work with, very patient, and dealt with quite a few of our niggling issues. If we had a question or perceived problem, we would email Colleen, and almost immediately we would get a reply, and in many cases, the problem or issue was resolved that day. Most of the time, it was Rich that made the trek down to our place the same day and would take care of whatever needed to be dealt with. The hardwood on the first floor looks amazing and the master bath is now like a spa with the beautiful shower, tile and fixtures. We love the kitchen remodel. The cabinets and the tile and the amount of space we now have is wonderful. We especially like the fact that we have tons of light with the recessed lights, as well as the increased interior window opening into the dining/living room. In summary, we are very satisfied with the Cumberland Kitchen and Bath experience from start to finish. Can’t recommend them enough!
