Northeast Home Renovations is a small, one-person carpentry and renovation outfit in Methuen, MA, run by an owner reviewers name as Antonio or Antonino — the same seven reviews are posted, word for word, on both Angi and HomeAdvisor (4.6★ from 7 ratings on each), so it's one set of feedback, not two, and profile URLs on both sites still carry legacy trading names ('NortheastCustomHomesLLC', 'lawrence') that don't match the current business name. The written record, all dated between November 2020 and March 2021, points to hands-on carpentry work: deck and porch building and repair, fence installation, interior door hangs, and finish work. One customer describes using him over several years for porch stairs, a deck, planter boxes and fence installation, totaling around $1,800. Another, describing themselves as elderly and handicapped, was grateful he'd take on a small tub-caulking job most contractors would skip, and called the work quick, friendly and reasonably priced. The one sour note: a 2021 Angi review says a barn-door install ran long, the price he'd quoted over the phone changed once the job was underway, and after being paid for the unfinished work he stopped responding to calls and texts about scheduling a return visit or a refund. There's nothing more recent than that March 2021 review to go on — the business's activity since then isn't reflected here. It self-reports 6 years of experience and a HomeAdvisor 'Screened & Approved' badge, both unverified claims, and no license number appears on either directory profile beyond a note to 'contact business to see additional licenses.'

Antonino was very professional, responded quickly and finished the job beautifully, thank-you
I hired Antonio to install a barn door inside my home. It took longer than planned and he informed me that he would need to come back another time to finish. He asked that I pay him for the work done in case I *ghosted him*. Over the phone, he quoted one price and now he was asking a different price. He did put in extra time due to an unexpected issue. I needed him to come back, so I foolishly paid for the whole job. I did not hear from him, so I sent him a text to set up another date with no response. I called from my phone with no answer to my messages. I called from my sons phone and he answered, he told me he was booked for several weeks. I asked him to send me a refund for work paid for that was not done. That was 2 weeks ago with no response. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. (Service: Doors (Interior) - Install or Replace; $250)
Antonio was great he came back when he said and finished job will call again
He has helped over the years for different projects. Front porch stairs, back deck, planter boxes, fence installation, etc. ($1,800)
it wasn't;t a big job(caulking the tub) but being elderly and handicapped prevented me from doing it.We were fortunate to get him as most wouldn't bother with a job like that. Antonio came and was very friendly , professional and did the job quickly and for a very reasonable price. I have projects more involved and will definitely be calling him in the future.
