Its own website says it designs, plans and constructs every project and also manages them to ensure they are meticulously maintained. A 2009 article on homenewshere.com says that about 1980, Northeastern Development Co. built several houses on Mill Road, after building and paving it. A separate 2009 article on the same site says that in the spring of 2005 Northeastern Development Corporation purchased land with plans to demolish the structure and build a suburban subdivision. Its Massachusetts HIC licence 100002 is expired on the state registry.
