Northern Appliance, LLC

I highly recommend Northern Appliance, Sean was great to deal with helped us out tremendously! So nice to know that there is a competent, reliable source for all your appliance repair needs in the area! Thank you Northern Appliance!

Inspired by the exceptional service provided by Northern Appliance, I feel compelled to share my experience. When switches on my Miele ovens malfunctioned, I reached out to Northern Appliance. To my delight, they readily agreed to review a video of the issues in advance, which allowed them to pre-order necessary parts (saving us all time). The technician arrived punctually, displayed remarkable respect for my home, and left it impeccably clean, even after disassembling both units. The issue was quickly resolved in a single visit, alleviating all my stress. The charges were more than fair and reasonable for the quality of work performed. Furthermore, I appreciated the convenience of using Venmo as a modern payment option. It is obvious to me that Northern Appliance takes great pride in their work, as shown by their exceptional service and attention to detail. They will undoubtedly be my automatic choice for any future appliance-related appliance service needs. Thank you!

Super grateful there is a reliable appliance repair professional available in our region. Sean was great! Arrived within expected time window, mindful, respectful and best of all repaired our dishwasher. Thrilled we no longer have to hand wash dishes anymore. Will continue to use in the future!

We were so delighted to have Northern Appliance set up shop here in the northwest corner. We had a small list of nagging little jobs, from oven repairs, dishwasher balancing, dryer vent cleaning to washer repairs, that had gone neglected in the absence of anyone local. NA swooped in quickly and helped knock out our list efficiently and professionally! Highly recommend Sean + Anna to anyone in need of appliance repair! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a small business owner myself, working in residential homes in Berkshire county. I have recommended Sean to several of my customers for appliance diagnosis & repair. He is always able to get there in reasonable time frame. He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, upfront & honest. His wife Anna who handles scheduling, communication and billing is also very personable and responsive. Highly recommend!
