From the moment I interacted with Julie, I knew that this company had a strong customer relationship and would take great care of me… they didn’t disappoint me. I was told when they would come, there was phenomenal communication from them about when they would be arriving and they came out to a remote location to perform diagnostics and service my heat pump. During the process, Brian provided me with information about what was wrong with the system and what the corrective measures were, along with the cost of services which were very fair. They were very courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. I have heat again with freezing temperatures at night! They’re my heroes! I’m extremely impressed with Howland Heat Pumps exemplary customer service and service! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with purchasing or repairing a heat pump. If I could give them a 10, I would! Thanks, again, Julie and Brian!
Brian and Julie serviced our mini splits today, as well as the outdoor unit. I’m so relieved to have finally found a company I can honestly say is top notch and will continue to use in the future. They were on time, and very professional.

Howland Heat pumps did an excellent job servicing 2 of my mini splits. They arrived on time, promptly serviced both units, answered all my questions courteously, and cleaned up after all work was completed. Very knowledgeable company personnel. I would highly recommend this company for any heat pump installation, service or repair..
