NORTHSHIRE LANDSCAPING & IRRIGATION

NorthShire Landscaping & Irrigation says it provides residential and commercial landscaping, lawn and landscape maintenance, snow removal, irrigation, landscape lighting, and landscape construction services in the Greater Nashua area and Southern New Hampshire/Northern Massachusetts. It says it began offering lawn mowing and landscaping services in 2006. In a 2024 review, a customer said Sam measured the yard, Cole and crew installed another 5 zones for a very reasonable price, Sam then set the system up on WiFi, and the next day they hydro seeded the areas dug up by the installation. A customer who wrote in 2024 that they had used Northshire on many occasions said it completely transformed their property with retaining walls, a huge patio, a bluestone walkway, sod and various plantings. In another 2024 review, a customer said Northshire removed an old hedgerow and installed a new hedgerow of Ivory Halo Dogwoods along with a flowering Rose of Sharon. A 2024 reviewer said Sam worked with them on a design for a wall on a driveway they were widening, and that Northshire installed cap lighting at the end. A 2025 reviewer wrote that they did the reviewer's mulch, sod, hardscape, landscape lights and irrigation. In a 2020 review, a customer who hired Sam Jenness to install another zone with 5 sprinkler heads said 3 of the 5 heads were left sticking about 1 inch above the ground and that repeated attempts to have Sam fix it met with no response. That 2020 review also said Sam added charges to the job not prior stated. A 2018 reviewer said they had tried for almost a year to get instructions on how to use a new automatic irrigation system and that emails and phone calls were never returned.
