In a January 2026 review, a homeowner woke to a 58-degree house during a storm, and Chris came out in worsening weather and travelled at least an hour to the office and back for a part that would work until the right one could be ordered. A May 2026 reviewer came home before Memorial Day weekend to a dead furnace and had a repair visit that evening; another said the office talked them through a reset by phone before a technician arrived at 6:30 PM with the part on his truck. A May 2026 customer said Ian diagnosed a heating problem that three other companies could not. In 2026 reviews, maintenance customers describe shoe covers, pressure tests and a walk-through of the results, and one with a maintenance contract has the system checked twice a year. A July 2026 reviewer had two mini splits installed. In July and August 2025, two customers described unreturned calls and no-shows over months before they gave up and hired another company; one said each technician gave a different diagnosis for the same AC problem. A December 2024 reviewer waited for a scheduled furnace maintenance visit that never came, with no call, and said it was not the first time.
