Nova Top Roofing & Siding

Nova Top Roofing & Siding is a roofing and siding business based in Milford, MA, run by Carlos. Its website describes architectural roofing, custom siding, seamless gutters and energy-efficient windows, and lists a service area of Quincy, Randolph, Raynham, Rockland, Boston and Sherborn. Carlos came the same day to evaluate a roof leak and was able to repair it right away, per a 2026 review. In another 2026 review, Carlos replaced a gable vent that squirrels had chewed through. A 2026 review of a roof repair calls the work timely with no hidden cost. Another 2026 review describes gutters, downspouts and leaf guards, calling the product quality A+ and Carlos a very good communicator. In a 2026 review, Henley, Carlos Ponin and a third worker spent 3 days putting new railings on front and back doorsteps, redoing rotted wood on a garage, painting, hauling it away, and redoing a basement wall and basement stairs; they also put in new concrete against the home to prevent leaks in the basement. That review says they stayed from 8 am until 7 pm most days and were neat, clean and on time. A 2026 Google review from someone who has worked with Carlos on many jobs over the years calls him honest and hardworking and recommends them for roofing or siding.
