Steve was responsive and professional. I needed a washer and dryer brought down from the 2nd floor to the first floor and they were able to improvise and get it down stairs. Was not easy but they were able to get it done. Also removed heavy tables from my basement. Thank you for your services !
Novas Removal was fantastic! They were responsive, stayed in touch, confirmed the time and kept me updated and moved a VERY large and heavy desk out of my building’s basement. They were resourceful and did whatever they could to get the job done (aka they had to get creative and didn’t bat an eye!) Will be hiring them again!

I actually want to add all the things i liked but could only choose 3! Very nice guys, couldn’t do enough to help us. we hit an unexpected snag involving a couch but they went above and beyond to solve the issue. We needed help very quickly and they responded.
