Careful placement mattered to an August 2026 NowRush customer renting a dumpster for a house cleanout. The reviewer said the driver positioned it where requested, took care around overhead wires and avoided driveway damage. The driver also answered questions about which materials could be loaded. NowRush describes itself as locally operated and headquartered in Atkinson, New Hampshire. The company says it provides roll-off dumpster rentals, waste removal, trash compactors and scrap-metal recycling for residential and commercial projects, with a service area including Bedford, Derry, Exeter and Hampton. Two other August 2026 reviewers who rented dumpsters for shelving cleanouts involving scrap metal praised on-time delivery and fast pickup. One also called the pricing fair. A July dumpster customer described simple booking, fair pricing and delivery on time. In an April 2026 review, a customer handling a demolition job said quick dumpster changes were critical and praised the service. In a September 2025 review, a customer described using a 20-yard dumpster to dispose of an old backyard shed. The driveway curved downhill and had low overhead cables. The customer said the driver placed the container on material the customer had laid out to protect the driveway and helped adjust that material. After calling four days before scheduled pickup, the customer arranged one extra rental day. In a July 2025 review, a repeat renter described text reminders for delivery and pickup. Google lists 4.7 stars from 46 ratings. BBB gives NowRush a D+, citing failure to respond to one complaint. An April 2024 Google reviewer said a mattress-removal charge was quoted at $100, then changed to $150 after the customer checked the website and called again. The customer reported that pickup was a day late and the mattress was left behind. A May 2024 reviewer alleged misleading website and employee information, unclear instructions about the loading “waterline,” and delayed pickup after a seven-day rental. That customer also alleged the owner threatened to dump the contents back into the driveway and changed the website after their objections. In a November 2024 review, another customer described two deliveries and pickups with information given upfront and no hidden fees.
