NV Energy is a small solar installer near Fitchburg, MA, and its customers mostly talk about one person: Nate. The company's site names CEO Nate Vignola and VP of Sales Andy Pluta, says it has been in business since 2013, and describes residential, agricultural and commercial solar across Worcester, Middlesex and Essex counties. Google shows 5 stars from 39 ratings, and BBB grades it A+ and accredited. Several reviewers say they picked NV Energy after meeting pushier companies. A March 2026 Google reviewer said they chose it over door-to-door sellers, and that the install was quick and clean with no conduit strung across the roof. Another March 2026 customer had Nate install a ground mount system and said the price was the best they found, after quotes mostly from out-of-state firms. In a May 2026 review, a couple said Nate explained everything clearly during their panel installation. A January 2025 review said NV Energy had completed two solar projects for Dick's Market Garden of Lunenburg, with a third planned for spring 2025. In a 2022 review, a customer described a comprehensive site assessment with a detailed report and cost analysis before signing. The one complaint in the written reviews is small: a 2022 customer said the panels ended up 3 inches off-center on one side of a garage roof. The Massachusetts registry lists construction supervisor licence CS-120226 as active, with Nathan E Vignola as the holder of record. The company's site also lists HIC #182253 and says it is an authorized Enphase installer.
My wife and I had an excellent experience with Nate and NV Energy, LLC during the installation of our solar panels. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, informative, and truly caring toward our needs. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, the solar panels look great on our house and were installed with great attention to detail. This company provided a great customer experience from top to bottom and we would highly recommend them!
Excellent experience with Nate and his Team and NV Energy. Nate installed a ground mount solar on our property. I had received several quotes from other companies, but the majority of them were out of state. Nate and his team are local and he came highly recommended from a friend. My install experience was great, the price was the best I found, and the panels are higher quality than others. Highly recommend Nate and his Team for solar installs in New England.
Very professional crew. Decided to go woth them because they are professional and knowledgeable with what they do. They weren't here to try and rush/install a system like all the door to door salesman do. Installation was quick and completed cleanly. No conduit was strung all over my roof like most systems you see driving down the road. I dealt with many companies before choosing nv energy and would definately choose them again.
Excellent service, wonderful results. Highly recommended!
NV Energy has completed two solar projects for Dick's Market Garden of Lunenburg and will be doing a third in the spring of 2025. Nate and his crew are always neat in their work and responsive to any questions.
