A 2026 customer said their delivery driver, George, tried three separate times to make it up their icy driveway, kept them informed each time, and came back to deliver once the driveway was safe. A 2026 customer who said they had been customers for over 30 years wrote that the service included deliveries of oil and maintenance of their water heater, and that George Nydam responded to an unexpected issue right as a storm was starting. A 2026 customer said Dana arrived and fixed their heater after it stopped working, and taught them about heater maintenance. A 2026 customer who was running low on oil said the company came out the next day and was knowledgeable about restarting their furnace. A 2025 customer who had run out of oil two days after moving in said the company offered to send someone within a couple of hours, even though they were not yet customers. A recent customer called the people on the phone rude and condescending, said the company was unwilling to set up payments, and said the bill doubled and was charged to a bank card instead of a credit card.
Rude people on the phone. Condescending. Unwilling to do payments even after being a customer for over a year. Just doubled the bill and expected me to magically find an extra $500. Then they charge my bank card instead of the CC messing up my budget. Plenty of other options, call someone else.
We’ve used this oil company for several years and they have always been courteous and kind, even during stressful times like this past week. Our delivery driver, George, tried three separate times to make it up our icy driveway, keeping us informed each time and advising us so we wouldn’t run out of oil. Once the driveway was safe, he came back again and successfully delivered — always patient and never frustrated, only concerned for us. Also, it is so nice to call and speak to real, kind humans.
