THE OIL CONNECTION

The Oil Connection sells and delivers heating oil. A 2017 Google reviewer who had been getting oil there for about three years praised the prices, said delivery came in a timely fashion, and said ordering online was easy. A 2019 Google reviewer, a customer of four-plus years, called the pricing very good and said the company had done right by them when there were billing or delivery issues. Its BBB grade is A+, and Google shows 3.4 stars from 16 ratings. A 2017 Google reviewer said they were told oil would come Saturday, or Sunday at the latest, during the coldest stretch in a long time, and that no one had shown up by 3:15 on Sunday. That 2017 reviewer also said the company took their money on Friday. A 2019 Google reviewer, a customer of more than five years, said they submitted an order on a Friday and the money came out, but by the following Thursday there was still no oil despite a confirmed Tuesday delivery. That 2019 reviewer called the customer service person rude and said they were out of heat and hot water on Thanksgiving. A 2021 Google reviewer said the company charged cards well before providing service and had raised its minimum delivery in gallons during a "global pandemic."
