O & R PAINTING SERVICES

A homeowner writing in May 2024 says Osvaldo came to the house two days after she reached out, and calls him responsive, respectful and detail oriented. In September 2024, another customer credits him with working around a tight schedule, a team that was respectful and tidy indoors, and work beautifully done. O & R Painting Services works out of Arlington. Its Angi page is headed Roques painting service while the profile itself identifies O & R Painting, and it shows 27 projects behind a 5.0 average across 17 ratings, with a 100% five-star distribution; Thumbtack adds 5.0 from two ratings and six project photos. The written accounts run from 2018 to 2024, and more than one name runs through them — Paolo in an August 2022 review, Rocco in April 2019, Roque in August 2018. The most particular of the older accounts is from August 2018: a homeowner nervous about aluminum siding, which dents if it is not handled carefully, came away saying the house looked beautiful. In July 2018, another had ceilings painted in the living room, hallway and a bedroom and the wood ceiling of an enclosed back porch replaced and painted, with walls and furniture covered in plastic. A third July 2018 customer called in the morning and had two bedrooms and a bathroom done on short notice, and a fourth that month cites a perfect color match. In April 2019, a customer said Rocco did a perfectly beautiful paint job, was neat and courteous, and cleaned up. Cleanup is the thing customers keep writing down: six of them between 2018 and 2024 mention it — furniture and walls under plastic, a tidy site, no trace left behind, the work area left clean at the end. On Thumbtack, a July 2023 customer praised the painting and the close attention to detail. Beyond painting, both platforms list deck maintenance, repair and staining, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and painting, and house cleaning. For an interior repaint or exterior work on a house that needs careful handling — older siding, rooms full of furniture, a narrow window to get it done — this matches what customers describe. Since the written accounts run to 2024, ask who will lead your job, and get the prep and the schedule confirmed in writing before the first day.
