Can't say enough about how well Mike took care of us. We has an emergency situation with our swim spa, and he was super responsive despite the fact that we weren't an existing customer. He clearly explained everything he found upon examination of the spa, and all of the steps he took to address the issue. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.
We have had O'Connor servicing our hot tub since we had it installed 3 years ago. They do a great job and are very responsive. Never had an issue.
