Just had a bathroom renovation done with Elevation. Chris Guay is an amazing architect designer, and builder. He has incredible vision, passion, and the work ethic that would make any client be thrilled to work with him. From start to finish my wife and myself felt like we were totally involved. He sets you on a course with the Notion. A tool that he uses to help you all the way through the process. The check list on Notion was awesome to watch. With every thing on the list that gets done. He checked it off. Leaving the client with no questions as to how it is going. With Chris at the wheel. Feel confident that you will get to your design and build finish line totally happy.

This past spring, we decided to take the plunge and do a full kitchen renovation. We bumped out a wall to make the space a little more user friendly and replaced everything (cabinets, floors, etc.). My wife and I went in with lots of questions and a fair amount of anxiety. We had never done a major home renovation, so the cost, the timeline, and the number of choices to be made were all pretty daunting. Not sure how we lucked out the way we did, but we found Chris and over the course of the next several months he pretty much became a member of our family! He did an amazing job in terms of quality of work, he kept us informed throughout the project of any decisions to be made, and did a great job of keeping us focused on upcoming milestones. Chris and his team did amazing work. We remodeled our basement and added a bathroom and it was all done in under two months! Chris communicated the progress and next steps daily. He goes above and beyond to make sure the project is everything you dreamed of! We will be using Chris again in the future.

From design to finished product, every step of the process with the team at Elevation exceeded our expectations. We came to Chris with a need to expand our bedrooms by adding a new garage/shop to replace an existing shed, to transform an above garage space into a master suite and frame in a 4th bedroom for our growing family. Throughout the process Chris worked with us to design the space and his skills with computer renderings helped bring our dreams to life in a meaningful visual way. We felt heard and that we had a true partner in the design and build; listening to our feedback, keeping us updated on every facet of the project, helping us when we needed design support and working hard to get a feeling for our style to make those recommendations spot on. Chris and his team spent close to a year on our property and we can honestly say it felt like having family working on your house. He is trustworthy and respectful, and that just means so much when you are looking for reliable contractors. We do a lot of projects ourselves and anyone who works on their own home knows that the level of care and perfection you try to put into that work isn’t always the same when you hire the work out. This was not the case with Elevation, they are truly perfectionists and work hard to make sure every detail is accounted for, use high-quality materials, and just do amazing work. There are so many times we were just in awe with the craftsmanship and extra mile they went through to make everything perfect, not to mention the little things they would come back to and touch up even when they had moved on to something else because they noticed something off. We honestly can’t say enough about Elevation, LLC. We would highly recommend them to anyone and hope to be able to use them again for future projects.
