As the owner or Oasis since 2002, I just read some of these reviews. I see Dave Bechara wrote a negative review. For the record........I was taking care of this man's rental property for a couple years. He refused to pay me for plowing his property over the course of several weeks where I made several trips back plowing sections of his driveway each time as his tenants refused to move. I didn't charge him for the attempts and only charged him for trips I plowed something. He refused to pay then when I told him I will not be doing his summer maintenance he then posted this negative feedback. If you read his profile he obviously enjoys leaving negative feedback on Google. He needs to get a life and pay his bills. BTW there were two other negative reviews by people I never heard but were acting as clients, and were posted at the same time Bechara wrote his. I flagged them for removal which were immediately removed as they were bogus names.
