We are extremely satisfied with the services ( removing an old AC system and replacing it with a new one-air handler and compressor-) of Ocean State Mechanical! Every PERSON we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, professional and never pressured us. Never once had recordings or had to leave messages and wait days for responses. When our 55 year old central AC went out in the spring we contacted Ocean State Mechanical on the recommendation of our Boiler service company. They were actually able to repair it and never pressured us to purchase a new system. We got through summer but decided not to think we would have endless luck and replaced the old system which had given years of service.They were able to use the original duct work by making adjustments. We have every confidence that we are ready for any hot days that are ahead of us, and that Ocean State Mechanical will be available to stand behind their work. Thank You Ocean State Mechanical!

Very professional, friendly and polite company from the front desk, Shivon to the service crew. We had our air conditioning and heating system replaced. I would definitely recommend this company.

I call them Monday about a leak in our system . The nice lady in the office booked us for Tuesday after 3 The service tech came on time fixed the problem and cleaned up after himself. Everything was great We could not be happier with this company Thanks again

Have worked with them a couple of times and the service has always been great. The staff that has come to our house have been very professional and care about doing a good job. I will continue to use them for our HVAC needs.

We had had our company that we have used. Come out just two weeks ago to do the summer check up for the AC long story short two weeks later the AC stopped working. I called him at 4:30 in the morning. Left a detail description of what What was going on no call back reached out on social media stating that I may need an HVAC person. A lifelong friend of mine reached out and said her husband works for Ocean State. Call them now. Allison, who is part owner of Ocean State made an appointment to get me in that day. The tech showed up A few minutes early And the appointment time he had us up and running in no time at all!! Thank you, Allison!!! Ocean State Mechanical has just gained a new customer!!
