When they first came out, they got the AC to stop leaking inside my basement and they clean out some stuff in the system. Then about 3 days later the fan on the condenser kept going on and off. I reached out again and we made an appointment, but no one showed up. Then they showed up unexpectedly 3 days after our scheduled appointment and they fixed the issue.
Do not go with this company they screwed up the installation of our boiler and our supposed radiant heat. We had to call in the gas company cause of a gas leak they didn't properly vent it and then found out when they installed the radiant heat last October they did not put in a mixing valve. So we have had to pay extra to straighten this work.oit to the tune of 1500+. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Took a long time to get back to us so don't expect great service response
Pete came when no one else would, He was very personal and explained what needed to be done and cost. He was honest and was willing to help me with financing at a very reasonable price. I will use him again for any services.
my furnace stopped working on the coldest day of the year, Superbowl Sunday morning. All Phase Heating and Cooling came out within a few hours and got it working again. Thanks again!
Exceptional work, exceeded expectations.
