I had a great experience speaking with Octagon Restoration while dealing with a homeowners insurance situation. Kelsey and Michael, the Project Manager, were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the process, answer my questions, and walk me through what they could do to help. Although I ultimately didn’t need their services this time, the impression they made was impactful. It’s not often you come across a company that is this helpful even when there’s no guarantee you’ll become a customer. If I ever find myself in a situation where I need restoration services, Octagon Restoration will be my first and only call. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this company and especially Matt Richardson. Navigating mold remediation can be incredibly stressful and confusing, particularly when you’re dealing with a real estate transaction and very tight deadlines. From the beginning, Matt was honest, reasonable, reliable, and incredibly responsive. Matt truly went above and beyond for us every step of the way. He understood how time-sensitive the situation was and did everything he could to keep things moving, answer questions, work through unexpected issues, and make sure the job was handled properly. He was always straightforward about what needed to be done and never made us feel like we were being taken advantage of during an already stressful situation. What impressed me most was how much Matt genuinely cared about helping us get to the finish line. This was not an easy situation, and I truly don’t believe I would have been able to get this transaction closed with another company. His reliability, communication, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. The mold remediation industry can be difficult to navigate when you don’t know who to trust, and I am incredibly grateful that we found Matt and his team. Their pricing was reasonable, they did what they said they were going to do, and they showed up when we needed them most. I would recommend Matt Richardson and this company without hesitation to anyone dealing with mold remediation, especially during a real estate transaction. Robin is someone I’m incredibly grateful to have as a resource because restoration is one of those services you hope you never need, but when you do, you need to know who to call. What stands out about Robin is how knowledgeable and willing to help she is. When someone is dealing with water, fire, mold, or another unexpected property issue, they are already stressed enough. Having someone who understands the process and can help people figure out what happens next is invaluable. Robin genuinely cares about helping people and has built a tremendous amount of knowledge in her industry. Octagon Cleaning & Restoration is absolutely a company I’m glad to have in our network and one I’m comfortable keeping in mind when someone suddenly finds themselves dealing with a property situation they never planned for.

Coping with the stress and devastation that comes along with discovering mold is not something anyone expects or wishes to do but, if the time does come, then it is extremely helpful to have professionals in your corner to tackle the cleanup task. I am SO grateful for REMOVEDand the team at Octagon for their work, along with their guidance and patience throughout this entire process.

Very disappointed with the communication from the manager of the barrington location. After two of the employees cut a hole in the ceiling in the incorrect spot, the company has not responded to 3 phone calls and 2 emails sent over a week and a half.
