A soaked sunroom carpet, a broken pipe in the heating system and Dave at the house within the hour: that is how a 2025 Google customer described calling Old Town Plumbing, Heating, and Maintenance. That customer said Dave fixed the problem in under 30 minutes and the heat was back up and running. On Google the business holds 5 stars from 8 ratings. A 2025 customer who had Dave install a new kitchen faucet said he then found that a leak at the hot water heater came from an expansion tank connected to it, not from the tank itself, so the customer did not need a new hot water tank. A 2025 customer said Dave worked through a huge list of jobs for them. A 2025 customer who works in construction said Dave's pricing was fair and honest. A 2024 customer said David stuck to his quote and called the work thorough and neat. On Angi, the business lists plumbing installation for a remodel or addition, septic system installation and replacement, and plumbing repairs.
After coming home from a long day of work, I walked into my sunroom and realized the carpet was soaked. I move some furniture around to find out. I had a broken pipe in my heating system and water was everywhere. I called old town, plumbing, heating and maintenance. They picked up immediately and told me not to worry and they would be out as soon as possible. Dave was at my house within the hour. He was able to fix the problem under 30 minutes and the heat was back up and running. My family are extremely grateful for Dave’s expertise and quick turnaround time. Avoiding a much bigger disaster. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and heating needs.

I CALLED OUT TO OLD TOWN PLUMBING FOR HELP ON INSTALLING A NEW FACUET IN MY KITCHEN AND ALSO HAD DAVE THE OWNER FIX A HOT WATER HEATER LEAK IN MY BASEMENT. UPON HIS ARRIVAL HE WAS VERY CORDIAL AND WE DECIDED ON WHAT SINK FACET WE SHOULD GO WITH BASED ON HIS RECOMMENDATIONS FOR QUALITY AT A GOOD PRICE. AFTER THE FAUCET INSTALLATION HE DETECTED THE LEAK FROM MY HOT WATER HEATER WAS NOT FROM THE HOT WATER TANK ITSELF BUT AN EXPANSION TANK CONNECTED TO THE HOT WATER HEATER. I WAS HAPPY TO HEAR I DIDNT NEED A COSTLY HOT WATER TANK BUT THE LATER WHICH WAS WITHIN MY BUDGET. ITS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE OLD TOWN PLUMBING PROVIDES PROMT SERVICE AND YOUU GET TOP CRAFTSMANSHIP AND RELIABILITY FOR A PRICE THATS AFFORDABLE.DAVE THE OWNER IS ALSO A LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER.TRY GIVING HIM A CALL YOU WONT BE SORRY. INSTEAD OF CALLING THE BIG SHOPS WITH ASTRONOMICAL OVERHEADS I NOW CONSULT WITH OLD TOWN PLUMBING FIRST.
