Five star recommendation! They are quick efficient and very professional. This is my second time using them.

Needed to disconnect my washer for a move, but when trying to shut off water to the washer, valve wasn't shutting off. Had to shut off water to whole house to stop the water. Of course it was on a holiday and two days before me moving out of the house. Called One Utility and they were amazing. Very friendly and sympathetic on the phone. They were able to get out to the house within a couple hours of calling and fixed the issue. Even knowing that I wouldn't be able to be a repeat customer, they provided great customer service and resolved my issue quickly. Would absolutely continue to use them if I was going to be in the area.

Job was done quickly from first contact to completion. Work was done in a very professional manner. Price was fair. I have inquired about another job already. I would definitely use One Utility again. We need more small responsive businesses like this
