A 2018 customer said they installed a solar hot water system in the house over 10 years earlier and that it had performed very well. A 2015 customer said he repaired broken wiring in the connection to the sensor on the roof, after diagnosing the rooftop flaw while testing a module on the solar water tank in the cellar. That 2015 customer also said he needed help setting up a ladder to reach the roof. A 2014 customer with a solar pool heating system said a strap came loose in high winds; at the start of the pool season they came out and fixed the strap and a minor leak at no charge.
