We were so glad we found Geny! We had a tough job and he stuck with it even though it took much longer than we all originally thought! I contacted Ortiz after a long time tenant moved out. Genny did an excellent job priming and painting, but was also able to help me replace a rotted wood window sill, resurface a bathtub, paint an outside stairs and patch some foundation with cement. Genny's very friendly and I found his pricing very fair. I will definitely work with him again.
