I called Conner and he got back to me promptly! He assessed my problem and it was fixed within a few days - it was not an emergency! He explained what needed to be done and was here when he said he would be - very efficient! I now have a plumber I can trust to call and get reliable service !

Highly recommend these guys. They do what they say, when they say they are going to do. There is no in between or "excuses ". Prices are way below any of these "larger" companies and workmanship is top notch.
Osden s was the 3rd plumber I called to assess a leaking hot water heater. The other 2 never returned my calls. Connor at Osden s called me back within 15 minutes, and after telling him about the issue and sending video evidence, it was determined that the hot water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. Connor came to my house at 7:30am the next morning, with a new hot water heater, and had it installed and working in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even gave me some ideas about other upgrades I m interested in doing!
Communication from start to finish was flawless. Conner showed up per schedule and completed the work with minimal disruption to us. His workmanship is outstanding.
