Osmar's Pro Painting Corp.

Osmar's Pro Painting Corp. is a Lynn painting company that carries the trades which usually come before the first coat — drywall work, finish carpentry, cabinet refinishing — along with interior and exterior painting for homes and commercial buildings, power washing and gutter cleaning. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active on the state registry, held by the corporation with Osmar S Ovalle as the responsible person. That registration is filed to the same Chatham Street address and phone number the company publishes on its own site. A sensible call for a repaint that needs prep first — walls to patch, trim to replace, cabinets to redo. Ask for the scope in writing (which surfaces, how they prep, how many coats) and confirm liability and workers' compensation coverage before the crew starts.
