Osmin's Construction & Carpentry

Osmin's Construction & Carpentry is a Lynn-based carpentry and general repair outfit that says it has more than a decade of experience, offering framing, carpentry, siding, windows, doors and refinishing work across Massachusetts. Its Google page shows a perfect 5.0 across 14 ratings, with the most recent review coming in April 2026. Decks are the clearest repeat theme in the written record. A mid-2025 review described Osmin's team giving a competitive quote for a deck repair/replacement and staying in close touch through some scope changes that came up mid-job, and another from the same week credited the crew with arriving early and not leaving until the work was finished. A 2025 review also described Osmin tracing a window leak to its source using photo evidence taken from a ladder before completing the repair on budget. The most detailed account, from a February 2025 review, described Osmin stepping in on a Topsfield condo renovation after the homeowner's previous carpenter walked off the job — handling the framing, blocking, window installation, trim and door work at a reasonable price, and finishing it better than the homeowner expected. There isn't much to flag before calling: the record so far is uniformly positive, though with only 13 reviews on file it's still a relatively new written history to judge a company with over a decade of hands-on work by. Osmin's is a solid call for deck repairs, framing and finish carpentry, or general home repairs where a carpenter who communicates clearly and cleans up matters as much as the finished product.
