Otter Creek Homes

Otter Creek was fantastic. They stuck to their timelines and were there working every day. The communication was very good and when problems came up, they addressed them quickly. I would recommend them to anyone. Our Kitchen looks fantastic!

From start to finish the team at OCH was top notch. The design phase felt intimidating at first, as it was our first time dealing with a design build firm, but after seeing the process through, we wouldn’t do it any other way. The design team was there to offer suggestions, add value, and guide us to the finished product we envisioned. These folks have it completely dialed in. The crew and management is what sets OCH apart. From top to bottom the team on site was truly exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful about being in our home. It made an otherwise dreadful process enjoyable. We ultimately chose OCH because we felt they could deliver the highest quality level of finish, and they did not disappoint. The management and planning involved was excellent and they constantly communicated what was happening throughout the project. Shoutout to their sub-contractors for also being great and holding themselves to the highest standard. We truly enjoyed working with the entire team at OCH and would not hesitate to have them back in our home. Thanks for a job well done!

We couldn’t be happier/more ecstatic with our experience working with Otter Creek Homes on our renovation. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and honestly, just on “it”. The level of detail they put into every aspect of our kitchen/mudroom/dining room reno was above and beyond what we expected — little touches we hadn’t even thought of were already handled with care and intention. Who knew to even ask for a toe kicker heater under the sink to keep my feet warm as I loaded the dishwasher?! What really blew us away was that the project actually finished ahead of schedule — which is basically unheard of! Every time we told someone how smoothly things were going, we felt like we were temping fate, had to knock on wood- talking about how amazing everything was…and it just kept going right. Everything they promise — quality craftsmanship, honest communication, thoughtful design — it’s all completely true. Otter Creek Homes absolutely walks the walk, and we’re so grateful we chose them. Thank you Lauren, Chris and team for making our dream home come true. We appreciate you all more than you know!!

Otter Creek Homes exceeds expectations making every dollar invested in your project truly worthwhile. No need to do the three bids; save yourself time and hassle and call Otter Creek Homes. Lauren, Chris, and their exceptional team were outstanding professionals to work with. Their craftsmanship, communication, ability to stay within budget and complete projects on time is unmatched. The design/construction combo makes the entire project seamless. We trusted them 100% with our entire house renovation, including styling and we now live in our dream home.

Otter Creek did a primary bathroom renovation for us about 4 years ago, and our experience was so great that we hired them again for a much more extensive home renovation that they recently completed for us. Just like last time, our experience was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the entire OCH team was professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Our project involved completely gutting and expanding our kitchen and basement, as well as adding a first-floor primary bedroom and bath with additional storage below. It was a massive undertaking, but Lauren and Erica (our designers), Chris (who scoped the project), and Dan (our project manager) made the process seamless. Their attention to detail, transparent communication, expertise, and commitment to quality work were evident every step of the way. Lauren and Erica really understood our vision and style, and delivered design recommendations that perfectly captured what we were looking for. Our kitchen and bathroom designs came out beautifully, blending function and style perfectly. They created a look that not only stands out on its own but also complements the rest of our home, making everything feel cohesive and thoughtfully designed. The crew was fantastic—which is so important when you have people in your home for months. They were professional, respectful, and incredibly hardworking. Not only did the project turn out beautifully, but it was also completed on time and on budget—which is almost unheard of in renovations. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Otter Creek to anyone considering a home renovation or build. If we ever take on another project, they will be our first call!
