In a May 2026 review, a customer noted only that Brett sprayed for carpenter ants — routine, named-technician visits like that are most of what people describe. A few accounts speak to how they diagnose. In a 2022 review, a homeowner who called about termites said Paul inspected, found carpenter ants instead, and said so rather than selling a termite job. In a 2023 review, a parent dealing with flying ants in a young daughter's room said Stacy explained the logistics by phone and worked around having small children in the house; a 2022 customer with cats said the crew answered every question about whether the products were safe for them.
