HomeAdvisor and Angi both show 4.7 stars from a much larger base of 263 ratings, so the newer word-of-mouth lines up with the longer platform record. Worth knowing before calling: the sharpest complaints on file are old. A 2014 Angi review said a technician "sprinkled some product outside" for $199 and the ants came right back; a 2015 Angi review reported a spray visit with "absolutely no impact" even after a callback; and a 2014 HomeAdvisor review described a missed arrival window and an unprofessional impression. None of that shows up in anything written since — the record from 2022 on has been steadily positive — but it's fair to flag how far back the good run only goes. A solid call for the common household jobs — ants, mice, wasps, and sorting out carpenter-ant-versus-termite confusion — especially for anyone who wants a small, responsive team over a big franchise.
