We hired Pafford Construction to replace our deck. This crew was excellent! The quality of their work was excellent. They left our yard clean and neat. They effectively communicated with us so we always knew what to expect. They managed a design change to our stairs mid stream. They were there every day they said they would be and on time. I highly recommend them.

Zach, one of the owners of this locally owned and operated company, is so knowledgeable, very responsive in all communications, fair and honest, and talented. He handled everything from the brainstorming to the proposal to the demo of our existing deck! Also, I can't say enough about the crew of Christian, Jake, and Dillon. They showed up every day, on time, and in all weather conditions. They worked swiftly, expertly, and cleaned the job site, immaculately, every day. They consistently asked for input, to ensure we'd be happy with the final results. And, we were! Ecstatic, in fact.

We hired Pafford Construction to rebuild our decks. It's rare these days to find quality workmanship and those that actually show up as promised to get the job done. Zac and his team performed all the work as requested and as quoted. His work was meticulous and he listened to all of our input throughout the rebuild process, giving us the expected result. They were on site each day on time and as scheduled and they were prompt in communicating any scheduling changes. His team was friendly and respectful of our property and they were diligent in cleaning up each day. I would highly recommend these guys for your construction needs.
