Stratham Building and Remodeling recently added a sunroom and deck to our home. Jeremy and his crew, Andy, Darren, John and Paul, and the subcontractors were very professional, hardworking, responsive, punctual and paid a great deal of attention to every detail. It was clear that they all took a great deal of pride in their work. Jeremy’s design ideas, expertise and knowledge of the construction process and timeline for the project were commendable. His estimate was fair and competitive, and we were even credited at the end for materials not used. We look forward to working with them again for future projects and enthusiastically recommend them for any small and large projects. The end result far exceeded our expectations, and they made what many consider a typically stressful experience enjoyable.

I used Stratham Building & Remodeling this year to remodel the upstairs of my two family home. Jeremy as well as his experienced carpenters did an outstanding professional job installing new kitchen and bath cabinets, new flooring throughout, replaced two exterior sliding glass doors. They also installed new siding to the entire front side of my home along with new decking and railings to both front porches. Jeremy is also an excellent finish carpenter. He was prompt and professional right from the start of doing business; from estimating the job and getting back with an estimate to completion of the job with the finishing touches and was completed under budget. I am extremely pleased with his professionalism and overall job performance and would recommend his company to anyone.

Stratham Building & Remodeling exceeded our expectations from the start. Each design idea from pocket doors, custom closets, window placement and the mud room with a laundry area was completed with excellence. Jeremy guided us through an energy efficient build alongside his team of reliable contacts showing up as scheduled with fair and honest pricing. Great example was the day I raised the white surrender flag realizing (last minute) interior painting was too much to take on. He had a professional on site within 48 hours to start and finish the task. I love the entire build BUT this stamped patio and privacy wall is the icing.
