In a 2016 review, a customer described the owners personally overseeing a front-yard landscaping and hardscaping installation to make sure it met their approval, and said they would use the company again for their backyard. The company has also shown up in local news for community work — in 2013, it donated equipment and staff time to help the town public works department prepare ball fields for winter, and in 2017 it donated mulch to a community group. The most recent full account, though, is a serious complaint. In a January 2024 review, a customer of eight years described being told a sprinkler system shutdown would be scheduled within two days, then never receiving a visit or follow-up call through a stretch of below-freezing weather that put their system at real risk of damage. A June 2026 review was positive but brief, calling the crew helpful and eager to help. For hardscape and landscape design work, this is a company with real design credentials behind it, but the missed 2024 service appointment is worth asking about directly — confirm scheduling commitments in writing, especially for time-sensitive seasonal work like a sprinkler shutdown.
