The company's site lists lawn care, landscape and hardscape design, irrigation and lighting, maintenance, cleanup, snow removal and tree work for homes and businesses in Essex, Manchester-by-the-Sea, Beverly, Gloucester, Hamilton and Wenham. Its BBB page is an A+ and lists 32 years in business. In an October 2016 Houzz review, a homeowner said the owners were present to make sure the front landscaping and hardscaping met their approval, and planned to use them for the back yard. A June 2024 Google reviewer said the company and its owner went above and beyond until they were fully happy. In a January 2024 Google review, a customer of eight years, off and on, said the company promised to blow out their sprinkler system within two days, never came despite a follow-up call, and after several days below zero they expected the system was ruined; they quoted the response as "I will take NO responsibility." Google shows 4.6 stars from 11 ratings.

We have been customers of these guys off and on for 8 years. We called them to blow out our sprinkler system, and he said he’d be here in 2 days. We never saw him and called to follow up, and they never came!! We’ve had several days below zero and our system is now most likely ruined. His comments “I will take NO responsibility” …. GREAT, is that what you want????? A company that takes no responsibility or accountability…..
