I can’t say enough great things about Paragon Exteriors Nick, and his crew! They did an absolutely amazing job on my roofing, decking, front porch, and gutters. From start to finish, the quality of their work and attention to detail was outstanding. Everything came out even better than I envisioned, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work they delivered. The entire crew was professional, hardworking, and clearly took pride in what they do.
I also have to give a special shout-out to Nick. He was incredibly responsive to every call and email, kept me informed throughout the process, and genuinely made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. That level of communication and customer service is hard to find these days.
I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out, and Nick is officially my go-to guy for any construction projects I have in the future. If I could give Paragon Exteriors more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

Excellent service. Told them what I needed done, gave me a reasonable quote and the work was done in less than a week. Excellent workmanship. Have used them several times and would highly recommend them for all your roofing and exterior work.
We were excited to have new siding installed, but unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. There are several areas where the workmanship appears inconsistent, particularly on the right side of the house where the finish is not what we anticipated.
Nick was responsive and communicative, which we appreciated. However, it seemed the crew may not have had clear direction, and the project felt somewhat rushed. Some issues that arose during the installation were addressed with temporary fixes rather than long-term solutions.
For example, the removal of the water spigot resulted in a leak that persisted despite repair attempts. We ultimately had to pay separately to resolve it. Additionally, wood rot that we understood would be removed was instead covered by siding.
We were also left with cleanup after the project was completed. Unfortunately I can’t open my storm door because of how low the fascia is.
While communication was good, the overall quality of the work fell short of expectations, and we wish we had a better experience.
I hired Paragon Exteriors for a unique mostly labor effort, to replace old siding on one side of my 1850’s NH home and replace with cedar that I already had. Nick was willing to support this, and took the time to measure the materials I already had and providing me different quote options to consider.
The entire team were all highly skilled, and took time and care throughout the project. They worked collaboratively when questions came up (I had many) and came up with creative solutions.
I will be a repeat customer, and using them for future projects.
