Water-main and utility work are central to Paramount Construction’s own description of its business. The Newington company says it has served municipalities, contractors and developers as an excavation and utility contractor since 2002, and advertises 24/7 emergency service. A May 2026 Google reviewer praised the crew and traffic personnel working on an MDC water-main replacement in Wethersfield. Other accounts raised concerns. In March 2026, a reviewer alleged that the company took payment but did not do the job. An August 2024 reviewer said equipment and construction materials were left on their lawn over a weekend and alleged lawn damage. Google shows a 3.4-star average from five ratings.
They r doing a water main replacement for MDC in wethersfield. All of the crew and traffic people doing a gr8 job. Paramount was one of my fathers gr8 customers in his heavy equipment sales career.
They took money and never do the job.
This company will come in to your neighborhood and just destroy it. They take all there equipment and put it on your lawn. They leave for the weekend and keep there construction items on your lawn like they own it. I will be send the company a bill for the damage done to my lawn.
