Patriot Bath Remodeling works Plymouth and the South Shore through a small, named sales team — Hardaway Henri, Manny Lindo, Mason — and the large majority of its 76 reviews describe that team the same way: no-pressure, thorough about material options, and quick to offer senior discounts for tub-to-walk-in-shower conversions. In a mid-2025 review, one customer detailed a $13,000 remodel of a small, cramped bathroom where Patriot coordinated permits, material delivery, and the plumbers, floor installers, and electrician needed to finish the job, calling every workman talented, courteous and on time. Another 2025 review described a $13,700 shower project fit into an awkward space, letting the customer feel materials and pick colors before work began. A late-2024 review described an $11,000 tub-to-shower conversion with a matched vanity faucet, marble vanity, and sliding glass barn doors, done by what the customer called an efficient, experienced crew. A repeated theme across the reviews is families converting a parent's tub into a walk-in shower for safety — several describe Patriot's senior discount and staff working patiently with older or particular customers to pick materials without pressure. Not every experience has matched that pattern. A June 2026 review described a serious communication breakdown after the deposit — weeks without a returned call and a wrong vanity installed, later credited. A March 2026 review, responding directly to the owner, described a wrong color being installed among other problems during the project. And a late-2025 Angi review said the salesman presented shower doors the company no longer stocked, so what arrived differed from what was agreed, followed by roughly a ten-week wait and several no-show appointments before an installer finally came — though that reviewer was ultimately satisfied with the finished shower. The company's Massachusetts home improvement contractor license is verified active, and it carries an A grade with the Better Business Bureau. For a tub-to-shower or bathroom remodel job, especially an accessibility conversion, the sales-and-design side of Patriot's process is thoroughly documented and well reviewed — it's the execution after the deposit worth asking pointed questions about, given a handful of recent accounts describing scheduling and communication trouble.
I would avoid this company if possible. I don't like writing bad reviews, but in hearing someone else had a bad experience with this company, I feel like I need to. Unsure what is truly going on within the company, but there was a terrible lack of communication. Aside from one employee, I barely had any phone calls or text messages answered. I was nervous they took my money and ran after a disconnected phone line and no response 12 weeks after my initial deposit. They even ordered and installed the wrong vanity-- we did receive a credit towards our total bill All in all my bathroom was completed, it turned out very nicely.... but it was not worth the hassle and stress
Manny did a great job during the quoting and estimate stage of my shower remodel projects. He was genuine and honest throughout and helped me figure out what the best options were for my custom job.
My mother and I met with Hardaway Henri yesterday to discuss a tub to shower conversion. He was very knowledgeable and explained all of the options, without any sales pressure. We decided to take advantage of the initial visit and senior discounts offered by Patriot Bath Remodeling and signed a contract to start the project. I will update my review after it has been completed.
Hardaway was on time for our appointment and didn’t try to reschedule on us like other places. Hardaway was so knowledgable and thorough about options, colors and styles. We liked the personal, small-company approach, and he didn’t pressure us or try to upsell. Great experience!
I was looking to have my mother’s bathtub removed and a Walk-in Shower installed. Patrick called me from the call center to schedule an in-home consultation for a free estimate. The next day Hardaway came out to the house with options and samples in hand he was very thorough in explaining everything and assisting with making the right choice that was best for us. Taking measurements and explaining the process of the installation as well as helping with financial assistance to pay for the project . Mason One of the owners of the company was very helpful and understanding to make this transition much more easier. Unlike other companies who try to push their products and inflate the prices unnecessarily he was able to make this a much more affordable project.
