The business is one year old, and every bit of its public record lives on a single platform, so there is no second opinion anywhere to check it against. That is a thin foundation under a high score, however good the individual accounts read. For a mower that won't start, a dryer that needs hooking up, or a grab rail that needs to go in properly, he is a strong, responsive, well-documented choice — and a genuinely useful one for accessibility jobs, which many handymen skip. For anything structural or permit-bearing, this is not that kind of outfit. Ask what his rate covers before he starts, since he quotes by contact rather than publishing prices.
