Most of what customers describe is specific and positive: a tub spout leak fixed with two named technicians, Henry and Tom, handling the repair and a next-day follow-up; a same-day AC diagnosis Paul walked a homeowner through by phone first; a home addition and septic-related work a contractor called flawless three years on. A 2021 review recalls Paul and his crew costing less than expected and doing good work. Two recent accounts complicate that picture. In a July 2026 review, a customer said a job left their water pressure worse and that Paul denied responsibility when confronted. In a September 2025 review, a customer praised the plumbing work itself but described Paul entering their kitchen unannounced and yelling over a declined card payment. Both are worth asking about directly before booking, especially how billing and any callback disputes get handled. BBB has no rating for the business — it says it lacks sufficient information — and lists 24 years in business with one employee. My contractor hired Paul to do our home addition work. He did an absolute fantastic job and I can say 3 years later, everything works GREAT. I hired Paul and his crew for some work at my place of business and again, neat, clean, efficient and we are taking replacement of old septic pipes. Finished in a day and now ...one year later, no issues at all. He is by far the best Plumber I have ever worked with.
Did some work a while ago and SCREWED UP the water pressure throughout the house. He denied he did anything to cause this issue and insisted that it was like that before he came and did the work. He tried to manipulate me and act like I was confused... Of course, this happened to you wouldn't you be a little upset? I insisted I've lived here for quite some time I would know whether or not the water was shooting out of the sides of my shower head the way it was after he did his work. He looked into things begrudgingly and at one point started swearing at me, then he just walked out of the house. Maybe it's possible what he did cause some unforeseen issue but I wouldn't trust this guy. A plumber friend of ours said hen might have used the wrong pipe because he didn't have the right one on hand. edit: I did not review the wrong company, it was him. Businesses always use this excuse.
Paul did great work, and has the kind of customer service skills that made it a one time service call. fixed the issue, then when my card company mistakenly declined the bill, rather than run the card or call me, there was Paul. In my kitchen, no knocking, just yelling. Paul is a lucky man. edited to add: Paul is correct below - insofar as it was a check that did not clear. But I am correct that rather than call me or resubmit the check, Paul invited himself into my kitchen, after dark, unannounced, yelling and making threats. I've moved my piece since then, for easier access. Think about it Paul, this was 6-7 years ago. It happened. Hope you've calmed down in the meantime.
When my AC broke, Paul took the time to help me triage it over the phone. Rather than rushing into a service call, he walked me through how to access the issue. Once we had diagnosed the problem, and knew it was something I was not able to fix, he showed up same day to get it back up and running. Paul was clean, prompt, courteous, and fixed our HVAC issues with a 20 min service visit, while were recommending a full system replacement. I would recommend Paul with full confidence and will gladly use him again.
We had a faulty tub spout that was leaking down into our basement. Paul was quick to get that addressed for us. His guy Henry removed the old tub spout and fixed any holes that the water was leaking from and capped the pipe, then his guy Tom came down the very next day to install the new spout for us! No more leaking!! Yay! This company was so professional and the workers knew exactly what to do and both were very friendly! I will definately be using them in the future for any of our plumbing needs! Highly recommend!
