Google puts them at 4.2 across 14 ratings, and only a handful of written accounts exist at all — a March 2026 customer said simply that they were "fantastic to work with", and an earlier one praised a named crew for turning up on time and being straightforward about the job. That 4.2 sits below the reviews you actually see, so there are lower ratings in that count than the visible comments suggest. For a company of this age, that is a thin public record to judge from. One thing to sort out before booking, and it is not a knock: household movers in Massachusetts are licensed by the Department of Public Utilities and, for interstate work, registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration — its BBB page points you to both agencies rather than publishing a number, so ask for the DPU and USDOT numbers and check them yourself. Its BBB grade is A+, though the business is not BBB accredited. The company's own website is also long out of date: the footer still reads 2008 and the home page's "over 30 years" was true two decades ago. A reasonable call for a full-service or long-distance move where the van-line network matters. Get the written estimate, the valuation coverage and those registration numbers up front.
