None of that is a state-registry confirmation, so ask to see the current licence before anyone starts. One thing to reconcile before you call: the Better Business Bureau has the business at 23 Stoughton St and BuildZoom at 12 Laurel Street, both in Medford, on the same phone number. BuildZoom names Michael Paulo as the owner. If you want a small local plumber with a long permit trail rather than a marketing presence, this is that. Do the licence check yourself and ask for a couple of recent customer references, since none are published anywhere.
