The sales guy was personable without being pushy, the price was in line or better than competitors, and the installation team was very professional. On our scheduled installation date, it was pouring, so the team came out, took delivery of the windows and door, and secured them in the yard under a tarp. We quickly rescheduled for a week out, the weather cooperated that time, and installation went without a hitch. They didn't mind my kids watching from a safe difference, they put up plastic to protect my furniture, and they cleaned up after themselves, inside and out. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to my friends.
